By submitting deposit payment, client acknowledges understanding and agreement to refund policies, that initial deposit is only refundable for 48 hours after submission and any refund is subject to withholding of payment processing fees. After 48 hours deposits are non-refundable because work will begin and subcontractors engaged for 3d design work, etc. Client also understands that discussed timeframes are best estimates and that delays can happen with any project and any delay will affect all subsequent projects on the schedule. Any changes to the project may result in additional charges depending upon the nature of the change.
