Custom payment plan as discussed via FB messenger for custom SM build. Price discussed does not include boots, as that price will be determined by the final style and boot choice. Total divided into equal payments below with total quantity multiplied by payment amount covering the price of the build not counting boots and shipping. Shipping will be calculated when the build is ready. Client understands that by submitting the first payment he is agreeing to all payment and refund policies, including but not limited to: Initial payment is refundable if requested in writing within 48 hours of submitting payment. After 48 hours the intial payment is non-refundable. All subsequent payments are immediately non-refundable upon submission as the investment in materials, prep work, digital art, etc will begin immediately upon the end of the initial 48 hour period. Client also agrees and understands that HJW is a one-person company and, as such, delays are beyond the control of HJW. Any issue or delay on a project can affect all subsequent projects. A best-estimate timeframe has been discussed, but is exactly that, “best estimate.” Delays will be communicated when they are foreseen, and when physical work begins on the build, client will receive multiple progress photos.
