By submitting payment, client understands and agrees to all refund policies including but not limited to refunds are only given if the request is submitted within 48 hours of submitting the initial deposit. After that time, materials and fabrics will be ordered along with several other aspects of the preparation for the build and funds are non-refundable. Subsequent payments are non-refundable upon submission. These policies are necessary due to the fact that this is a fully custom commission. A second deposit installment in this same amount is due within 90 days of the payment of the first deposit. Remaining balance plus shipping will be due upon build completion. This build will be estimated for June/July 2026. All timelines are best estimates as each build is completed in order and any delays or issues will affect all subsequent builds since HJW is a one-person company. Final balance may be adjusted to compensate for any additions to the build or changes that cause an increase in expenses and/or labor. Any changes would be price-quoted when discussed.
