By submitting payment, client agrees that they have fully read and understand refund policies, including but not limited to the following: As this is a fully custom build, and deposits and subsequent payments are used to cover the expenses of materials and preparation for a custom build, initial deposits are refundable for 48 hours after payment (subject to withholding of payment processing fees for which the seller is not reimbursed) After 48 hours, refunds are not available as materials will be ordered to have on hand for the build. Subsequent payments are non-refundable when the payment is submitted. Commissions are fully custom builds, and scheduled based on current workload. Any issues or delays on a project will affect all subsequent builds, as HJW is a one-man company. As such, timelines are best-estimate only, and any significant delays will be communicated at the earliest possible opportunity. Any changes to the order after submission of the deposit may result in an increased deposit needed or increase to the final balance due. Price changes will be communicated and agreed upon before build changes are made.
